July 2025 became a very complicated month for Emily and Marc and their families. The month began with Emily’s 48yo brother unexpectedly dying. In the same week, Marc’s Dad’s heart began to fail. Our families still live largely in the Northeast, while we have been in South Carolina for ten years this summer.

In the course of our making plans to get to Maine while still trying to run our lives and businesses, we found ourselves surrounded with friends and loved ones.

thepitmans.com was originally designed to keep the our families up to date with how our little people were growing and what we were up to when we first moved away to Long Island New York.

It seems time to call on thepitmans.com once more as a way to keep everyone updated. We love the connections that we find ourselves held and surrounded by.
